HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1
We will set up an initial on-site consultation to discuss the scope of the project, general budget and your vision for the space. During that meeting we take measurements and photographs. You will be provided with a project proposal broken down space by space. After the retainer is paid, work begins on the conceptual design.
STEP 2
A conceptual design proposal will be crafted to show the overall design direction. We provide supplemental construction drawings, elevations, and renderings to help you visualize the space plan and selected color scheme, finishes, surface materials, and fixtures selected for your project. We will then meet with you to review the proposal and make any necessary revisions.
step 3
Once all final selections are made and drawings are completed, we will work with project architects, engineers, contractors and other tradespeople to ensure that the project is proceeding in adherence to the design direction. We conduct periodic site visits to check on project progress. Upon construction completion, we coordinate furniture delivery and bring in items for final installation and styling.
